These terms describe the conditions and responsibilities that apply when you use claimly ("the Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
1. What the Service does
claimly is a tool that shows DeFi assets, unclaimed rewards, and yield information across multiple blockchains, based on the public wallet addresses you register. We do not collect your private key, seed phrase, or keystore files, and we do not hold your assets (non-custodial).
2. Beta — provided as-is
The Service is currently in beta. Features, accuracy, and availability may change or be temporarily suspended without prior notice. The Service is provided "as-is" with no express or implied warranties. You use the Service at your own risk.
3. Not investment advice
All numbers shown by the Service — APY, asset values, unclaimed rewards, and so on — are for informational reference only and are not a recommendation or investment advice. DeFi investments carry price, smart-contract, and protocol risks, and all decisions and outcomes are your own responsibility.
4. External protocols and external links
The ↗ icon on an asset or reward row sends you to the official external page of that DeFi protocol. The actual reward claim, swap, withdrawal, or any other transaction happens on that external page — you sign it yourself with your own wallet. claimly is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or safety of those external pages or services.
5. Prohibited use
You may not place an excessive load on the Service with automated scripts, interfere with normal operation, or attempt to access other users' data.
6. Service changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice. During beta, data storage structures may change, and in unavoidable cases registered data may be reset.
7. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the "Effective date" on this page. If you continue to use the Service after the change, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated terms.
